This Refund Policy applies to products purchased directly from Mightset.com. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Return And Refund Window
You may request a return within 90 days of delivery for eligible Mightset fitness equipment.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and parts
Items that are used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, missing original packaging, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
How To Request A Return Or Refund

Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The item you want to return
- The reason for your request
- Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the product page
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the product page.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@mightset.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Fees And Taxes
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an item materially different from the product page.
Taxes, duties, import fees, or carrier fees may not be refundable unless required by law.
Late Or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@mightset.com.
After 12 hours, we may be unable to cancel the order because processing may have already started. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets the return eligibility requirements above.
Digital Items And Gift Cards
Digital guides, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
