This Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from Mightset.com. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery for eligible Mightset fitness equipment.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• Undamaged
• Returned in its original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and parts
• Approved by our support team before being shipped back

Items that are used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, missing original packaging, or returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please include the following information:

• The email address used at checkout
• The item you want to return
• The reason for your return request
• Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the product page

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the product page.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@mightset.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

Exchanges And Replacements

If an eligible item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product page, we may offer a replacement after reviewing your request.

For other situations, the item must meet the return eligibility requirements above before a refund or replacement can be considered.

Refunds After Return

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection. Your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an item materially different from the product page.
